Job responsibilities Park House provides accommodation for 14 adult residents, focusing on person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans to maximise independence and recovery. Our wheelchair-accessible facility includes a lift, training kitchen, community garden, plus four transitional bedsits for those ready to take a step into more independent living. Situated adjacent to Bedford Park, Park House provides residents with easy access to the lush surroundings and recreational opportunities. Our location near the town centre ensures convenient access to local amenities, occupational and educational resources, as well as a plethora of social and leisure activities. We specialise in post-acute rehabilitation and manage long-term neurological conditions, emphasising therapy, care, and quality of life. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a rewarding role, we want to hear from you What you'll be working: Our standard working hours for this role are 15 hours per week, to be worked over 2 or 3 days that include Monday and Tuesday.
