Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Focus on increasing revenue and elevating the i-to-i brand through innovative and effective marketing efforts. You will be the team’s go-to expert on TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), bringing in-depth knowledge of the industry, audience, and trends to guide marketing strategies. Write and schedule engaging email campaigns aimed at driving revenue and growing the i-to-i brand. Produce high-quality blogs and web copy for the i-to-i website, ensuring content is SEO-optimised and resonates with the TEFL audience. Devise organic social media campaigns tailored to TEFL audiences, creating and scheduling posts across multiple platforms, using analytics to refine performance. Work with the Head of Paid Social to ideate, design, and optimise TEFL-specific campaigns. Work closely with other marketing team members, particularly the communications team, to ensure aligned messaging and strategic execution. Monitor performance and make informed adjustments to i-to-i marketing activities for maximum impact. Take ownership of ideas, bring new concepts to the table, and fully immerse yourself in the TEFL space to identify emerging opportunities. What we are looking for in you: Demonstrable experience in digital marketing with a deep understanding of the TEFL sector. Proven ability to create and deliver effective email campaigns, blogs, and social media posts tailored to niche audiences. Experience working in or with a TEFL brand or similar educational niche. Strong collaboration skills with a history of working across departments. Excellent content writing skills with a focus on engagement and revenue growth. Confident in analysing campaign performance and refining strategies based on data. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, CMS, and social media schedulers. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Passionate about the TEFL industry and the audience. Natural problem solver. Creative and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
