About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our holiday home sales operations in Windermere, England.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the holiday home industry and excellent leadership skills.
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales advisors, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver annual and quarterly sales targets
* Lead from the front by setting high standards for work ethic, team culture, communication, sales lead generation and conversion, and product knowledge
* Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing sales advisors
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
* Work closely with the park general manager and regional sales manager to report sales progress and metrics

* Estimated salary: £50,960 - £150,000 per year
