They design and develop first class digital product and services for a range of high profile clients withing government and public sector and are now looking to hire a dynamic individual to help deliver successful digital projects.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in agile delivery, working alongside a team of talented professionals. Under the guidance of the Delivery Director and Delivery Managers, you’ll be instrumental in the daily management and delivery of both new and ongoing projects, collaborating with clients across diverse industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Project Management: Utilize agile delivery processes to manage and deliver projects on a day-to-day basis.
* Resource Management: Work closely with the Resource Manager and the wider Delivery Team to ensure projects are appropriately and efficiently resourced.
* Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and build constructive relationships with clients.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of agile delivery processes.
Your Remit
As a Delivery Manage, your primary focus will be on learning and mastering agile project management processes. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects—on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
* Developing Delivery Management Skills: Gain a deep understanding of delivery management and Scrum, aiming for Scrum Alliance certification. You’ll become fluent in agile delivery terminology and concepts.
* Internal Collaboration: Efficiently resource tasks and projects, balancing your client’s needs with the wider business priorities. You’ll work closely with Delivery Managers and team members from all departments.
* Client Engagement: Act as a bridge between the client and the delivery team. Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication of goals, risks, and opportunities.
Expectations
This role offers a hybrid working model, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. However, you’ll be expected to be based at the office at least two days per week, with some travel to clients as needed. The office is based approximately 30 mins by train from Kings Cross station

* A Bachelors degree is desirable
