• Insight-driven, questioning and budget-conscious, with an ability to meld all three together to deliver against objectives;
o Asking questions to uncover the true objective of projects to identify and deliver the right solution.
o Combining the creative with the analytical - digging deep into data and research insights to tell compelling stories about products, packages and the property market (and even things that don’t start with the letter p.)
• Working with people at all levels and across all teams – including Account Management, Product, Tech and our senior leadership team.
• You’re a communications expert. You use simple language and brief messaging that shows you’ve gotten to know what matters to our partners and compels them to act. Strong writing skills are a must.
• Demonstrating the impact you’ve made by measuring results and reporting on the key metrics for your campaigns. You’ll know what success looks like before you even start.
