Location: Midlands Rate: DOE Contract: 6-month Responsibilities: Responsible to the Collection and Enforcement Manager for the effective administration and management of the Billing and Collection Process, organising cases for recovery activity. Work alongside Enforcement Manager and Court Officer to maximise collection targets Assist the Collection and Enforcement Manager in the Annual billing and EOY processes Design and direct integrity and quality assurance work, to minimise cases where enforcement action is incorrectly taken, Liaison meetings with departmental managers to review operational activities, outputs and outcomes to maximise operational efficiency's and avoidance of duplication using both formal mechanisms and informal discussions often resulting in RFC (Reason for Change) forms to processes. Day to day management of billing and collection processes and assigned staff dealing with personnel issues, recruitment, PDRs, development, training and performance, Health and Safety Assist with Business and service planning, budgets, operational policies and procedures, security and training. Deal with and respond to any queries from auditors relating to team activity. Lead and Direct and ensure that all legislative changes, including that affecting enforcement agents are implemented Receive, as agreed with team managers, processing support.
