Are you looking for a part-time bookkeeping role? Maybe you are self-employed and looking to top up your hours or maybe you are semi-retired?
I am working with a client based near Hayle (you will need your own transport due to their location) who is looking for somebody to join them. They are a small company, so there will also be an element of some administrative duties, but the role will be predominantly accounts-based, getting the accounts up to date on Sage to be sent to their accountant.
The role will be starting ideally ASAP.
Please note this role is all office-based, so you will need to be living in Cornwall and local to Hayle.
Working Hours: 8 hours a week, split over two mornings, flexible on which days.
Pay: £15.00 per hour.
Duties:
* Bookkeeping
* Bank reconciliations
* Purchase and Sales ledger
* VAT returns (small amount)
* Some admin duties, filing, answering emails, and telephone.
Skills:
* Experience using Sage
* Bookkeeping experience - a minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role
* Time management with the ability to prioritise your own workload
* High level of computer skills (including all Microsoft applications) and strong IT knowledge
* Attention to detail
* Good organisational and communication skills
