Business Services Co-ordinator - Bridport Summary This new role is, we believe, something rather special. You'll be working very closely with our Ranger team, providing them with administrative and organisational support, enabling us to deliver important conservation work. We're looking for someone to work 15 hours a week, initially on a two-year contract. The location can be hybrid with at least 50% of your time per week spent at our west Dorset office on the Golden Cap Estate. No weekend or Bank Holiday working required. Working days are flexible with the expectation of attending a monthly team meeting, usually held on a Thursday. What it's like to work here We are an energetic and committed team who look after one of the most complex and varied mix of special places in the National Trust, with 33 different sites in our care. You'll report to the countryside manager and will be part of the countryside team, you’ll be joining the team at a hugely exciting time as the National Trust embarks on a new strategy, which will guide and inspire our decision making for the next ten years and beyond. No day in our portfolio is ever the same, and you’ll need to draw on your energy and great attitude to play your part in supporting our Countryside team to deliver ambitious work for nature. What you'll be doing Known for your outstanding organisational skills and your love of delivering first class support, you’ll provide a comprehensive administration service to the Ranger team. You'll be confident using a variety of IT packages including excel to create reports, keep accurate records, and write timely and accurate internal/external communications.
