Accounts Assistant Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour Location: Redhill, Surrey- 100% office based Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (3 months contract) Expected Hours: 10-21 hours per week, flexible. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This part-time, temporary position is ideal for someone who desires flexible working hours and has experience in Credit Control and purchase ledger. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and maintain efficient account records. Utilise Sage 200 software to handle financial transactions (experience with Sage 200 is advantageous). Perform credit control and manage the purchase ledger effectively. Ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in financial audits. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in Credit Control and purchase Ledger. Strong working knowledge of Sage 200 software is an advantage. Proven ability to manage accounts efficiently and accurately. Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
