This global operation focus on souvenir & general merchandise and offer the complete end-to-end solution for all customised requirements. As a People Operations Manager role you will play a key part to oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle with a focus of HR system & metrics. The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the employee lifecycle for the global business.
The roles & responsibilities of this People Operations Manager role –
* Oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle and particular focus on employee onboarding.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights that guide decision-making and enhance team performance.
* Support the team to ensure all transactional people activity is carried out efficiently and effectively, in line with service levels agreed, across core processes and activities including People Administration; People Data Management & Reporting; Payroll processing; Benefits Administration & Audit.
* Manage relevant pension reporting and process for auto-enrolment & right to work documents.
* Maintain version-controlled template documents for the full People Lifecycle across all business areas and locations
* Act as the initial point of escalation for People Services teams on queries.
* Proactively identify and discuss opportunities for service and process improvements and support the implementation of projects and initiatives to improve people services delivery.
* Manage and enhance HR systems, including Wrike & HiBob.
* Develop and implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
* While this is an independent role, will collaborate closely with the global HR team and the VP of HR.
* Deal with top-line ER and HR contract matters within the UK head office (currently circa 100 staff members).
* Work closely with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure people operations are aligned with the company’s objectives.
To be successful in this People Operations Manager –
* Salary £46,000 - £55,000
* Ideally having 3-6 years of experience in people operations or HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced global environment.
* Prior demonstrable experience in a similar People (HR) function or role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong in Excel
* CIPD qualification is desired
* Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and data management
* Ideally working as an Analyst, HR /People Ops, Data or People processing role.
* Expertise in HR systems, particularly Wrike, HiBob (though other HRIS will of course be considered).
* Ideally operate or have experience in an Operational, analytical, MI reporting.
* Good knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
* Having strong Microsoft Office skillset.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work in a global team.
