This is a new role in a small team where you will play a key role in monitoring, reporting, and improving our performance standards. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage regulatory returns, and produce comprehensive reports. You will contribute to enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Salary – 4A - £28,618 - £30,939
* Working hours – 37 hours
* Flexibility for home working

Key Responsibilities include
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs across the organisation.
* Producing performance reports for senior management.
* Assisting with regulatory returns and ensuring data compliance.
* Providing insights on performance and suggest improvements.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will:
* Be experienced in performance management or a similar role.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of KPIs and regulatory returns.
* Show proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
* Possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
