Administrator Pertemps Stoke are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis to support our operations with the Royal Mail hub in Stoke-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities of this administrator role: - Preparing comprehensive candidate packs and ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and up to date. - Conducting and completing thorough security checks and vetting processes for candidates, in line with Royal Mail guidelines. - Verifying and obtaining identification documents in accordance with established compliance standards. - Maintaining and updating spreadsheets accurately with real-time information to support operational efficiency. - Liaising closely with team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding process. - Keeping track of updates in compliance requirements and making sure all procedures adhere to current standards. - Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the flow of operations. Experience required for this Administrator role: - Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in a high-demand, time-sensitive environment. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. - A solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets and other standard administrative software. - Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling important compliance documentation. - A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
