The Role
1. Account manager for your clients
2. Provide an end-to-end project management service for our clients.
3. Deliver and maintain agreed project, technical and financial targets - on budget and on time.
4. Conduct site surveys
5. Prepare project quotation, in line with client's requirements and our internal policies.
6. Manage timelines, quality, and costs.
7. Identify and execute variation and snag management.
8. Responsible for delivering profitability projects.
9. Post project profitability review to find learning to implement on the next job.
10. Attending Pre-start meetings.
11. Site Completion Handovers
12. Quality Control
13. Procurement including multiple supplier quotation requests.
14. Project Planner and system support.
15. Responsible for site logistics and coordination
16. Ensure Health and Safety rules are implemented.
17. Work with other project managers to share and allocate staff resources on a project-by-project basis.
18. Source additional staffing resources, when required.
