Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care (washing, dressing, assisting with toileting), ensuring dignity and respect for each individual. Work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Document your work effectively through clear and concise report writing. Travel within Cumbria/Kendal areas to support individuals in their homes or communities. We're looking for Support Workers who: Are Compassionate and Dedicated: You have a genuine desire to help others and are committed to providing excellent care. Are Experienced: You have at least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with complex needs. Are Skilled in Personal Care: You are comfortable and confident in providing personal care with empathy and respect. Are Decision-Makers: You have the ability to make quick and sound judgments when necessary. Are Excellent Communicators: You have strong written and verbal communication skills. Are Reliable and Responsible: You have a strong work ethic and are committed to providing consistent support. Are Mobile: You have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel throughout Cumbria/Kendal areas.
