What will I do....
18. Responsible for driving Village Hotel Clubs food and beverage strategy in order to achieve budgeted commercial returns & service delivery
19. Recruit, retain and develop a strong F&B team across 2 departments of Pub & Grill & Meeting & Events.
20. Responsible for the development of the F&B Assistant Manager & Team Leaders in terms of leadership and management skills.
21. Responsible for all F&B Assistants conduct, performance, attitude & behaviour.
22. Drive quality and value that ensures a great guest experience, by being obsessed with high standards and hospitality
23. WOW our conference and events guests with your enthusiasm and attention to detail from welcome through to their farewell.
24. Ensure a culture of passion for food and beverage knowledge
25. Plan & Review rota cost and ensure staffing levels are at the appropriate levels to drive conversion and meet benchmark hours whilst delivering exceptional service.
26. Ensure stock is replenished and kept to the correct levels and that stock control procedures are followed.
27. Deliver brand standards in all areas of F&B including guest journey & food presentation and delivery.
28. Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate audit levels are met
29. Monitor progress on the delivery of the strategy operationally and also through the P&L.
