Position
An opportunity has arisen for Bank Clerical Officers at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
Your duties will include the maintenance and filing of patients' confidential records, recording patient-related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. You will also provide reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages.
You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will have good communication and interpersonal skills. You should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience. You should also have a European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent.
