Resident Liaison Officer
Salary: £26,600 - £33,300 & Car Allowance
Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8m- 5pm
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be:
1. Main point of call for resident queries and complaints, delivering high levels of customer service at all times
2. Investigating and resolving all complaints, working closely with the team
3. Liaising regularly with tenants to ensure all complaints are dealt with, ensuring they are updated on works progress
4. Consulting and supporting residents before, during and after completed works on properties
5. Liaising with tenants to arrange work appointments
6. Build working relationships with tenants and internal teams
To be successful in this Resident Liaison Officer role, you will need to:
7. Be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer/ Customer Service Advisor/ Scheduler
8. Be experienced in social housing or have worked on a social housing contract
9. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
