In this role, you will:
1. Support the Product Managers with hands-on administration of the full product lifecycle, from product build and maintenance to trip evaluation.
2. Coordinate accurate product load on systems and websites.
3. Assist with pricing, inventory management, and flight estimations.
4. Review advertising material and customer travel documentation.
5. Communicate product updates with internal sales and marketing teams.
6. Assist internal teams with product Q&A and timely delivery of passenger manifests and travel documentation.
7. Liaise with suppliers before and during trips to ensure smooth tour operations.
8. Conduct post-tour quality evaluation and escalate customer feedback.
