Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager (ACHT 5-Bed Home)
Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
Salary: Basic salary 42,500 - 46,500, with performance-related bonuses increasing total potential earnings to 66,500 - 70,500.
Relocation Bonus: Up to 5,000 for candidates willing to relocate.

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
* Provide a therapeutic environment that enables children to thrive and feel at home.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
* Manage all aspects of the home, from budgets to safeguarding, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential care for children, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* A proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
