About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate fit-out and facilities projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of fit-out and facilities projects, ensuring smooth execution.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct site inspections to assess quality control and adherence to specifications.
Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
Lead and motivate project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in project supervision within the fit-out or facilities management sector.
Strong understanding of construction, refurbishment, and maintenance processes.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Valid CSCS/SMSTS certification (desirable).Benefits:
