Are you aged 18 plus and looking to get into work? Raven Housing Trust might just have what you are looking for! We’re currently recruiting for a SUTW Parashoot Assistant to join our Parashoot team.
‘Real’ paid work experience placement for up to 12 months. The Step Up to Work Programme is open to people aged 18 plus, who live in East Surrey. You must be currently unemployed for over 3 months and looking to gain essential skills and work experience to enhance your future employment prospects.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Parashoot team with administrative and support visit tasks for the benefit of our customers and funding organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage and maintain the weekly master spreadsheets and the information held on the internal computer system.
* Support the team with completing and reviewing support plans for customers.
* Contact customers as required by letter, phone, and email.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
* Good technological skills, including use of Office 365 to a good standard, and a willingness to learn in-house systems.
* Strong listening skills with the ability to empathise with customers.
* Ability to work well with other teams and professionals for the benefit of the customer.
* Experience of having worked as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
