About the Role
This IT Support Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Technical Global Solutions' dedicated team, providing Connectivity & Hardware Support services to multiple client sites.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering support for cabling infrastructure and network hardware, ensuring seamless operations across various data centers and office locations.
* Monitoring the client's ticket system and completing tasks in line with SLAs.
* Creating patching schedules as needed, utilizing Cable Management Software.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of modern network infrastructure, the ability to work with LAN/WAN and Active devices, and extensive knowledge of fibre and copper voice/data cabling.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000, based on industry standards and location.
