Job overview
We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Urology Investigation Unit at Worthing Hospital on a part-time basis.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the direct clinical care of patients within the urology investigation unit. You will assist with the provision of the outpatient services within the UIU involving clinics and outpatient procedures (e.g., flexible cystoscopy, precision point biopsies, etc.).
You will assist with the most effective use of resources and manpower and participate in the planning and development of the service in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.
We welcome applications from those who currently hold a UK NMC registration. If you currently hold an overseas nursing qualification and require sponsorship, we are not currently direct hiring Internationally Qualified Nurses.
Main duties of the job
* Provide high-quality evidence-based clinical care to patients, in line with the Trust values and in accordance with professional regulations.
* Work with others to protect and promote the health and wellbeing of those in your care, their families and carers, and the wider community.

* Act as a role model communicating in line with Trust values, to patients, carers, and the staff at all times.

Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree level study, Mentorship Module or ENB 998 NVQ Assessor.
Knowledge
