HR Assistant
A great education setting is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide efficient and confidential support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and contributing to the smooth running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for HR processes.
2. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
3. Maintain accurate HR records and files.
4. Liaise with payroll for accurate monthly updates.
5. Respond to staff queries and provide excellent service.
The ideal candidate:
1. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using databases.
3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
4. Previous HR experience or a qualification in HR Management is desirable.
Education experience preferred. On site role. Salary to GBP27K.
