Are you an ECT or FQT seeking a new opportunity?
Teaching personnel have encountered a high volume of schools in the Rochdale area contacting the agency to source ECTs and experienced teachers to teach in both KS1 and KS2.
Main responsibilities:
- Carry out any reasonable requests from the head teacher during your bookings.
- Supply appropriate planning materials, following school plans where provided.
- Carry out the duties of the ‘regular’ teacher as much as possible. For example, covering classes, taking class registers, attending school assemblies, enforcing school rules.
- Observe school policy and ethos during your bookings.
- Contribute to the provision of a safe, secure learning environment.
- Support the use of support staff relevant to the class.
- Mark work for primary school pupils that you have been teaching.

It is essential that you have QTS and experience working in a UK primary school. You will need to have taught in KS1 and/or KS2 and have knowledge of statutory assessments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
