We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-established SEN school in Walsall. The role starts ASAP as a temp to perm position. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with diverse learning needs. Role Overview:
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of children with SEN.
* Support students with a range of needs, including autism, MLD, and complex needs.
* Work closely with support staff and other professionals to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working in an SEN setting or with children with additional needs.
* Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.

Requirements To be considered for the SEN Teacher position you will:
* Previous experience in a primary school setting or SEN school
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Have a QTS
* Have a DBS Certificate on the Update Service / Willing to obtain one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
