In this role you will be a key part of our Investigo Private Recruitment Equity Practice. We pride ourselves on being a holistic talent solution provider for Private Equity and their portfolio companies.
Our expertise lies in delivering the right talent to drive successful value-creation initiatives and maximise returns for investors throughout the entire investment lifecycle. In this division, we currently support clients across the following areas:
* Operating Partner hires - Build full operating partner and value creation teams suited to each fund’s investment thematic, governance model and portfolio engagement style.
* Value Creation on demand - Provide ex-strategy consultants to design and deliver value creation strategies and define their associated transformation pillars.
* C-Suite Leadership - Exec search capability to provide permanent or interim leaders across CEO, COO, CIO, CFO into PE backed portfolios.
* Transformation Delivery - Interim consultants to lead and execute against VCP agendas and their associated transformation programmes across: carve-out, post-merger integration, cost-out & technology enabled change.
We have a strong track record in delivering large programmes of work to support our clients execute on their value creation agendas.
Previous projects include:
* Large Cap backed FMCG - Carve out - Provided a team of 40 plus to lead the business and tech separation and transition to new processes and systems to stand up the new organisation.
* Mid cap backed manufacturer - Integration - Stood up a team of 15 to deliver post merger integration as part of our clients buy and build strategy.
* Mid cap backed FMCG - Technology transformation - Team of 10 deployed to implement a new ERP solution.
The Role:
This is a Principal Recruitment Consultant position where you will manage the full candidate and client life cycle from end to end. You will be joining our Transformation Recruitment team where you will harness a network of experienced transformation leaders and project/programme specialists that can drive & support value creation plans and associated transformations on behalf of Private Equity businesses and their portfolio companies.
* Sales: As part of the 360 Sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process; Research and market mapping, identifying customer experiences, educating target customers on our proposition and approach, and consulting internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective solution.
* Group solutions: You will be accountable for understanding our group solutions offering and being able to spot opportunities to cross-sell other teams and/or brands, partnering with our Consultancy brand; Definia to help shape how our customers deliver Transformation.
* Business Growth: You will be working closely with the leadership team as the company scales, responsible for mentoring team members, contributing to strategic decision-making, and taking ownership for process excellence.
What we are looking for:
About You
* End to End recruitment lifecycle management: ideally 5 years or more of 360 recruitment experience within Private Equity recruitment and/or Transformation.
* Sales Strategy: You will be responsible for mentoring team members and contributing to strategic decision-making.
* Solutions selling: You will have previous experience of solution-selling: identifying problem areas and shaping strategic solutions.
* Account Development: Ability to build and expand on key client relationships and cross-sell Investigo’s other Brands/Teams.
