Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Accounts Assistant on behalf of our reputable and well-established manufacturing client based in Lees, Oldham (OL4). Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (flexibility with hours of work) Location: Lees, Oldham (OL4) Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 The Accounts Assistant will be working within a small office team to look after accounts duties, as well as a variety of other administrative tasks. Duties will include but not be limited to: Purchase Ledger duties Sales Ledger and Credit Control duties Payroll once a month HR duties such as onboarding and inputting new starter details Liaising with couriers to schedule deliveries for customer orders Working closely with Management, the Sales & Customer Service team, as well as Production Any other administrative tasks as required by the wider business To be considered for this role, you will: Have previous experience working within a varied Accounts position Preferably have experience completing payroll for internal staff Any HR experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential Have excellent attention-to-detail and accuracy Be a competent systems user that can quickly pick up CRM systems, and efficiently use Microsoft Office (including Excel) Be a great team-player, however also be able to independently manage their own work load Be reliable and dedicated Please note that Mpeople Recruitment cannot always respond to all applicants due to the high volume of CV's received on a daily basis.
