The IS Service Desk Manager is responsible for designing, developing and managing innovative frontline IT support services delivered to the force through multiple contact channels, driving continuous service improvement to meet the changing needs of the Force.
You will also be the lead for the IS Apprentice programme, working with college tutors to build the opportunities for apprentices in the department.
