About the Role Teach a full range of Maths classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, adhering to the national curriculum. Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Employ a variety of teaching methods to promote a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual development. Contribute to the overall development of the Maths curriculum and department initiatives. Build positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure continuity of teaching. About You A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of success. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring a love of learning for Maths. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
