Role Description We are excited to offer a new opportunity to join an established and highly reputable Case Management company. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic clinical professional to take on the role of Head of Referrals and Development. The role is offered at 32 hours per week although flexibility on hours will be considered. You will be based from home with required, regular working at our head office location in Amesbury, Wiltshire. You will manage the referrals process for all case management clients, ensuring professional and efficient case allocation. You will manage quotations for prospective clients, coordinate and quality check Immediate Needs Assessments (INA), and oversee client introductions (Meet and Greets). Collaboration with the Head of Case Management and the Head of Clinical Compliance will be key in delivering the highest quality services to our clients. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for managing learning, development, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities for case managers. You will lead projects and implement events and strategies that support the company’s objectives.
