They will visit our customers on site and help them solve various problems, from installation and preventive maintenance to electrical troubleshooting. In this role, a typical day will look like: - In this role you will be responsible for the installation, start-up, warranty, post warranty and maintenance for our Municipal and Industrial equipment during the lifecycle of our products. - Predominantly customer-based, your tasks will include electrical and mechanical service, advanced troubleshooting, training of site personnel and advising customers and partners to optimize the use of the UV equipment. Time will be allocated to administrative works at your home office. - Travel within Europe, Middle East & Africa will be required for the role. You will spend approximately 80% of your time on customer sites including overnights. The essential requirements of the job include: - Have you recently left further or vocational education? - Training experience in an electrical, electronic, mechanical or maintenance discipline (desirable) - Advantageous but not essential, previous experience in a customer faced, field service role, in an inhouse maintenance role or knowledge and experience of working with PLC or automation systems.
