This is an opportunity to work at a shared supported living home for 4 ladies and 6 gents in their 20s. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. Maintaining close relationships with their families is essential. You will support individuals in their interests, such as:
* At-Home Activities: Playing computer games, reading comics, watching cartoons, sensory activities, and arts and crafts.
* Outdoor Fun: Spending time in the garden, going to the cinema, swimming, bowling, and taking walks in the park.

* Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
* Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
* Providing Care: Support individuals with health needs such as manual handling, PEG feeding, epilepsy, and more.
* Communication Skills: Learn and use Makaton, personalised signs, and objects of reference as methods of communication. Training will be provided., Shift Patterns
Day Shifts: 7am - 3pm, Day Shifts: 3pm - 10pm
* Day Shifts: 5pm - 10pm
* Day Shifts: 10am - 8pm
* Long Day Shifts: 7am - 10pm
