We have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service individual to join our clients based in Loughborough. This is a full time, permanant role based in the office. Experience in a simmilar role is beneficial but not essential!
Salary: £25,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
Fleet Administrator - The Role
1. Liaise via email and telephone with customers, clients and third parties
2. Liaise with garages to arrange repairs and MOTs
3. Schedule appointments
4. Provide excellent customer service
5. Answer incoming calls promptly
6. Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
Fleet Administrator - The Candidate
7. Professional telephone manner
8. Experinece in a similar position
9. Customer service experience
10. Excellent IT skills
11. Organised
12. Excellent attention to detail
