Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
Analyse customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.
Train and mentor junior staff members in best practices for customer service.
