The role of Change Management Lead - Relocation Accounting, plays a key role in the Professional Services team by ensuring the highest quality of work is being delivered on time and to client expectations. The role is to ensure the successful implementation and onboarding of new clients as well as to plan, implement and evaluate change initiatives to our existing clients for the successful delivery of the global RA (Relocation Accounting) service. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the continued growth and development of our unique and innovative products and services within this exciting area of business and the industry as a whole.
Candidates are not expected immediately to be masters of the full spectrum of technologies used but are expected to have strong technical knowledge, high attention to detail, exceptional organisational and planning skills to launch solutions for our clients as well as within the team, while building their knowledge of K2's technology platforms and the recurring expense domain over time.
Hours of work
8:30am - 5:30pm
40 hours a week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ownership of the onboarding of new clients into Relocation Accounting, to ensure the team is set up for success in service excellence and financial compliance
2. Be the central point of contact for any amends/changes to new and existing engagements including policy, process and reporting changes, ensuring the relocation accounting team have what they need to be compliant, and provide service excellence
3. Responsible for re-implementation of accounts, as needed, on a regular basis as well as process improvements across the department
4. Review external clients' data, develop project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
5. Involvement in Business Development opportunities & presentations, and involvement in scoping projects or developing proposals
6. Lead projects using the most appropriate and effective project management methodologies, ensuring delivery is in line with scope, objectives, timeline and budget
7. Ensure effective governance, tracking, reporting and communication structure is implemented to keep internal, client and third-party stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues
8. Liaison with K2 Relocate and K2 Bespoke Operational Leads and Account Managers regarding client specific requirements, translating such requirements into new processes, suggestion of best practices and reporting requirements and/or training
9. Training of Relocation Accounting teams in the requirements of the client/account
10. Participation on global implementation calls, representing Relocation Accounting and being the SME point of contact on all matters relating to Relocation Accounting
11. Participation on client calls as needed
12. Issue resolution, corrective action and review of policy and process
13. Ad hoc projects as required by the team
