Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, and tribunal representation. Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Document Drafting: Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and procedures. Dispute Resolution: Handle employment disputes and represent clients in employment tribunals and other relevant forums. Client Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and contribute to business development activities to attract new clients. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support. Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and share knowledge within the team. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law.
