About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a fun, passionate and caring team to support and empower our fabulous young people aged 16-25 within our Residential College service. It will be your job to support our young people to make their own decisions and reach their full potential, you will be required to support in a personalised way and respond to their needs, wishes and aspirations.
Within your role, you will support young people with a vision impairment and additional complex needs, to develop their independence and daily living skills during their boarding over the weekend. At weekends, our young people like to get out, explore and socialise, you will help support with accessing leisure and social activities within the community.
At InFocus, we will support you every step of the way by providing an excellent, well designed induction programme along with mandatory training which will help you get off to the best possible start, by ensuring that you fully understand your role within the organisation.
Working pattern
