middle is partnered exclusively with a fast-growing MSP (IT Consultancy) based in North London to find a Senior IT Engineer who will be working onsite with one of their clients.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting their client's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
2. Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft O365 environments.
3. Configure and support DHCP/DNS settings and Entra ID.
4. Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 operating systems.
5. Provide top-notch client support and interface directly with clients.
6. Configure and manage desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
7. Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.
8. Participate in new client onboardings and onsite hardware installations.
9. Troubleshoot hardware issues alongside Senior Engineers.
10. Manage internal inventory and client assets.
11. Maintain up-to-date documentation.
