Within the position of Training Coordinator, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage Livv training matrix and update regularly, liaising with the L&D Manager to communicate bespoke on-site coaching / workshop requirements Proactively support placemakers with their performance progress where required Create and deliver bite-size trainings bespoke to the needs on site and site-specific learning requirements Support with training delivery as per requirements ( in - person and virtual) Set up and monitor completion of team mandatory training on LMS and liaise with the L&D Manager where required Contribute to sharing innovative ideas, adopt new ways of working and enhance service levels through multiple site experience whilst maintaining Client confidentiality and ISS integrity Work as part of the workplace team within Front of House providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include; proactively welcoming visitors and tenants, managing all client & visitor requests, process all meeting room requests, organise meeting rooms to the desired level, build relationships effectively.
