Joining a small and hands-on team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Management team and Founder of the business, to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer journey is received by all customers.
This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the business as it looks to more than double sales in the next 12 months. We are seeking a results-driven ECommerce Manager to oversee and optimise our online store, drive sales growth, and enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, digital marketing, and online merchandising, preferably within a lifestyle or product-based market, and be ready for the next move in their career to take on a more challenging management role.

Key Responsibilities include:
ECommerce Management
* Oversee daily operations of our online store
* Optimise product listings, categories, and navigation for a seamless shopping experience.
* Implement agreed homepage design updates across all online channels; in line with marketing emails and sitewide operations.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Merchandising Manager to prevent stock issues.
* Work with the Marketing Department to implement promotional strategies, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
* Work with our fulfilment partner to improve gifting, bundles, and personalisation offering.
* Work with our Digital Agencies to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
* Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to enhance brand storytelling across the site.
* Analyse website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour using Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other tools.
Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization:
* Improve website UX/UI to enhance customer journey and increase conversion rates.
* Implement A/B testing to refine product pages, checkout processes, and landing pages.
* Oversee customer service processes related to online orders and returns, ensuring a smooth experience.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
* Track and analyse eCommerce metrics, including sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value (AOV).
* Prepare reports to present to the team in weekly trading and monthly Management Meetings.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging eCommerce technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in eCommerce management, preferably in children’s products, fashion, textiles, or a lifestyle brand.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, Meta Ads, Klaviyo (or similar email platforms), digital marketing strategies, Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.
Creativity & Branding: Strong understanding of brand identity, customer engagement, and online merchandising.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience for families and children.
Positive attitude: Ability to work collaboratively as well as being comfortable working in a small and hands-on team.
