B2B Telesales Account Manager
Starting base £25,000, OTE £40,000+ uncapped
We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant for our client in Motherwell. A previous background in outbound sales is required, with experience in most B2B / SME sales areas being of interest as the skills are very transferrable to their sector.
Your primary role would be to develop new leads and opportunities and generate sales with business customers of all sizes, and then aim to fully account manage their account and cross-sell and upsell other additional products and services during their time as a customer of the company.
We are looking for someone who is money hungry and very sales and target driven, is used to making a high volume of outbound telesales calls and is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business, and someone who has fantastic rapport building and listening skills.
On top of your starting basic salary of £25,000, there is also general on-target earnings of around £30,000 - £40,000. This role carries genuine earning potential depending on your own personal sales delivery, and some of the top performers and highest sellers in this role are earning £60,000 - £70,000 a year, although it would likely take you a good while to build your own account base up to this level of earning.
