You'll know your customers, spot concerns early, and work closely with our housing support and community development colleagues to ensure people can continue living safely in their homes. Each opportunity offers something a little different: Caerphilly – 12 month secondment, ideal if you’re looking to develop your skills and experience within housing. Newport – Permanent, brand new role. Gwent – 10 month maternity cover, specialising in Private Rents and Bond Schemes, perfect if you want to broaden your housing experience. What skills and experience do you need? The role will manage a patch of general need tenancies and include the letting of properties, resolving neighbour disputes, supporting victims of anti-social behaviour, managing tenancies and carrying out property and estate inspections. You will also be required to represent Pobl in court for breaches of tenancy. Your day will consist of: You will proactively manage a variety of Housing Management functions including viewings and sign ups. You will carry out estate visits and inspections You will build strong working relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders working collaboratively to support our communities to thrive. You will support victims of all types of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action to resolve Identify and record details of vulnerable customers, refer or signpost customers What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £37,522 for a 37 hour position Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days, we have a blended and flexible approach to the work we deliver. The role can include working from home, local offices and you will work closely and engage with customers within the local community. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence and access to a car The successful candidate will need a basic DBS check in place, which we pay for. 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service Mileage paid at 45 per mile Training and progression opportunities All other internal benefits will be available too What’s FREDIE?
