Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for visiting guests and external partners.
4. Maintain accurate records and databases, including personnel and financial data.
5. Manage purchase and invoice ledgers for effective financial tracking.
6. Support HR administrative tasks, including employee records and onboarding processes.
7. Organise and maintain the office environment to boost productivity.
8. Promote company values and culture through interactions and communications.
9. Adapt to changing workloads and suggest improvements to administrative processes.
About You:
1. 3+ years of office-based experience in a similar role.
2. Strong negotiation, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
5. Confident team player with the ability to lead and motivate others.
6. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Xero or similar software is desirable.
