Parking Services Appeals Officer - Ref: EE05924
Grade: G6; Salary Range: £27,803 - £32,076
We are recruiting for a Parking Appeals Officer to join our team on a full-time basis to process representations and appeals received from drivers/keepers of vehicles issued with Penalty Charge Notices from either a parking, bus lane, or moving traffic restriction. The Parking Appeal Officers work within the parking services team and alongside the Highways and Transport teams. Parking Appeal Officers work on complex cases and will need a full understanding of the legislation and the statutory guidance that this service area works in line with when considering representations/appeals.
The Parking Team is always working on new initiatives and schemes to improve the service that we provide to residents and businesses, and to keep roads clear of congestion and improve road safety across the Borough.
If you are enthusiastic, flexible, have a professional commitment to work, and can work as a team member, we are waiting to hear from you.
For an informal discussion, please contact Glynnis Jeavons on 01922 654640 or 07717 587652.
