Service Lead Location: Bradford Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Full Time (37.5hrs) open to part time This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start based on BD8. Day-to-day of the role: Compile and disseminate rotas for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Act as a single point of contact for day-to-day issues affecting staff cover, coordinating rota changes at all levels to ensure minimal impact on care. Manage your own workload, use initiative, communicate effectively, and escalate issues as appropriate. Support the rollout of new initiatives/changes, cascade key information, and handle complex enquiries. Assist in the production of regular reports on compliance and procedures, and support the Operations and Business Manager in the delivery of local projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expert user of Microsoft Excel & Word; proficient in SystmOne. Self-motivated, highly organised, focused, and results-oriented. Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and implement solutions. Experience in SystmOne rota design and implementation. Experience of collaborative working with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work under high pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
