We are looking for six dynamic and newly qualified Social Workers in Adult Social Care. Full time ASYE positions available: Bridport and West Dorset Learning Disability Community team North Dorset Learning Disability Community team Peripatetic Team – flexibly working across teams East Dorset Locality Team Weymouth Locality Team Dorchester & West Locality Team Interviews will take place on 4th and 5th March 2025 at County Hall in Dorchester, Dorset. What you can expect to be doing: You will be undertaking strengths-based assessments, support planning and reviews to support customers to achieve their outcomes and promote their independence.
