As a member of our Ground Operations Team at Edinburgh Airport, our Passenger Service Agents play a crucial role in ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to our all-important customers.

We offer 30 hours per week on a Permanent Seasonal basis, with an unpaid break during quieter winter months.
What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?
* Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers arriving at and departing from the airport.
* Assist with check-in, issue boarding passes, check passports, and support at Self Service kiosks.
* Help ensure flights depart on time.
* Follow all safety and security procedures.
* Support customers and operations during disruptions and delays.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
* Communicate effectively, maintaining a friendly, professional manner, making every customer feel like a VIP.
This is a rostered role requiring shift work. Shifts follow a 4 days on, 2 days off pattern, including early mornings, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays. Roster provided 4 weeks in advance.
What skills will I need?
This role is physically demanding, requiring support for a fast-paced operation. We seek adaptable, self-motivated individuals with good time management skills.
