About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is a chance to lead our sales efforts in the Northern region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and Service technicians, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
2. Manage a team of sales professionals in the Northern region
3. Work closely with sales reps to identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts
4. Lead by example, setting high standards for performance and behavior
Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control
2. Proven sales management experience with a focus on revenue growth
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to travel across the UK
5. Experience managing engineers and technical staff
