My client, an award-winning full-service law firm, is actively recruiting for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join them on a permanent basis in their Brighton office – working as their new Risk & Compliance Assistant.
The main purpose of this opportunity is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider Risk & Compliance team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting groups in developing and monitoring specific risk management plans
2. Assisting with due diligence work and other risk management activities
3. Assisting groups with requests for files from clients
4. Working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance and the Manager to carry out internal investigations
5. Assisting with the firms’ quality assurance programmes
6. Assisting the AML Manager with notifications to the National Crime Agency
+ much more.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Have experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
2. Ideally, have experience within legal or compliance (or both)
3. Be educated to degree level
4. Have strong IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office)
5. Be organised and have great attention to details
